The deep recovery technology of surplus heat from flue gas
Because the return water temperature is high, it is difficult to lower the flue-gas temperature of natural gas boiler and gas power plant, leading to low energy efficiency, high heating cost. There will be “white smoke” scenario, leaving a bad influence on the beauty of the landscape. There is a large amount of evaporation potential heat in the smoke. If it can be recycled, the efficiency of natural gas utilization can be increased significantly thus the cost can be reduced.
The flue gas from gas boiler goes into the deep recovery unit and the surplus heat in the flue gas is recollected, which is used for exchanging heat with thermal network or directly using for heating.
1.The temperature of flue gas is reduced to lower than 30℃.
